- You book by phone or online with the collection and delivery postcodes and what is being sent.
- We confirm a fixed price before a driver is despatched so there are no surprises.
- A driver is allocated and collects, typically within about 60 minutes across our core Midlands area.
- Direct delivery follows with live tracking, and proof of delivery is provided afterwards.
Choosing the right vehicle
Matching the vehicle to the load keeps costs sensible and avoids damage. Small packages and documents travel well by car or small van, larger boxes and multiple items suit a medium or large van, and bulkier or palletised loads need a larger vehicle.
