Reilly's Express Delivery Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is Unit B, Ashby Lane, Bitteswell, Lutterworth, LE17 4LS. We are a Diamond Logistics network partner providing same-day courier, overnight parcel delivery and 3PL eCommerce fulfilment services.

What data we collect
We collect personal data in the following circumstances:
- Enquiry forms: when you submit a quote request or contact form on our website, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number and any details you provide about your requirements
- Live chat: when you use the Tawk.to live chat on our website, your name, email and chat messages are collected by Tawk.to on our behalf
- Cookies and analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time spent and traffic sources
- Courier bookings: when you book a courier service, we collect collection and delivery addresses, contact names, phone numbers and parcel details necessary to fulfil the service
- Fulfilment clients: if you use our 3PL fulfilment service, we process your customer data (names, addresses) on your behalf as a data processor under a separate data processing agreement

Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years. Active client data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for 6 years thereafter for legal and tax purposes.

- Diamond Logistics: our network partner, for the purposes of routing and managing shipments
- Carriers: DHL, DPD, Royal Mail and other carriers, who receive collection and delivery addresses to fulfil shipments
- DespatchLab: our warehouse management system provider
- Netlify: our website host, who processes form submissions
- Tawk.to: our live chat provider
- Google: for Google Analytics 4 (anonymised data only)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
