Are you FHDS licensed for alcohol fulfilment?
Yes — Reilly's holds full Fulfilment House Due Diligence Scheme (FHDS) approval from HMRC. This is a legal requirement for any 3PL warehouse fulfilling alcohol orders in the UK. Your products are stored and despatched in full compliance with HMRC regulations.
What types of alcohol do you store and fulfil?
We store and fulfil all alcohol product types including craft spirits, premium gins, whisky, rum, vodka, wine, craft beer, cocktail mixes and ready-to-drink (RTD) products. All stored appropriately with full stock management via DespatchLab.
Do you offer spirits storage with collection and delivery UK?
Yes — we collect stock from your brewery, distillery or importer and store it in our FHDS-licensed Lutterworth warehouse. Orders are picked, packed and despatched to your customers across the whole UK, same day where possible. One partner for your complete alcohol supply chain.
Do you offer wine fulfilment for UK wine brands?
Yes — we handle wine fulfilment including multi-bottle case packing with proper protection, accurate stock tracking across large vintage and blend ranges, and FHDS-compliant storage. No minimum order volume, so wine brands can be set up before their first case ships.
What's different about fulfilling spirits versus wine?
Both need FHDS-compliant storage and careful glass handling, but spirits are typically higher value per unit and often ship as single bottles or small sets, while wine more often ships as multi-bottle cases needing internal dividers and corner protection to prevent breakage in transit.
Is there a minimum order volume for alcohol fulfilment?
No — we work with alcohol brands from small craft distilleries through to established drinks companies. No minimum volume requirements, no long-term contracts. We grow with your brand.
How much does alcohol fulfilment cost?
Our alcohol fulfilment pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Costs are based on storage space used, order volumes and product handling requirements. Get in touch for a tailored quote within 24 hours — call 0116 444 0444 or use our contact form.
